Project highlights

Stothers M&E have provided mechanical and electrical services for multiple store fit outs in London.

The projects were completed successfully under strict handover deadline dates for the stores grand opening.

The projects were fast paced installations, and each had to be carefully programmed and managed from procurement, programme, installation and commissioning of the M&E services.

Electrical services included

Switchgear installation, containment, feature display and BOH lighting, integrated lighting management systems, general power, fire Alarm, intruder Alarm, CCTV, data and door tagging systems

Mechanical services included

Heating installation, cold & hot water installation, plumbing installation, ventilation & cooling and BMS & controls
