Stothers has recently secured a number of high profile contracts in the healthcare and hospitality sectors within the last couple of months.
We are undertaking 2 large refurbishment projects at Raigmore Hospital, Inverness and University College London Hospital (UCLH), London. These works will be undertaken in a live hospital environment, thereby providing a considerable challenge both operationally and clinically for the project team. At a combined value in excess of £10 million, works will comprise mainly of strip out and provision of light, power, essential supplies, UPS, IPS, nurse call, HVAC, chilled water and plumbing works.
On the hospitality front, we have been awarded a number of contracts for refurbishment works at the Berkeley and Connaught Hotels for the Maybourne Group. Largely strip out and refurbishment projects, we will again undertake these works in a live hotel environment, ensuring continuity of service with minimal disruption to the day to day running of the hotels. We will be undertaking the complete refurbishment and extension of the Berkeley Ballroom, strip out and refurbishment of the 5th floor bedrooms and Pavillion suites in addition to other works on the Ferrari showroom.
Works to be completed at the Connaught Hotel include refurbishment of the restaurant, kitchen and business centre.
