The project involved the M&E works to the level 1 critical care unit located above existing operating theatres in a live fully functional hospital.
- Critical care unit 1 is being transformed to provide state-of-the-art M&E facilities for medical services.
- Our team are providing and delivering complex M&E systems including nurse call, access control, staff attack, variable air volume control ventilation, pressure cascades for critical care rooms, pneumatic tube, medical gas, smoke ventilation, leak detection and a water mist system.
- We are working in a live, acute hospital site and need to ensure business continuity and safety for patients, staff and visitors.
- We are working above live theatres which are in operation 24 hours per day
